Location was central to 3 stations, and my young kids found it easy to navigate. We stayed on the 11th floor, Really enjoying our one week stay here. Very convenient. Temples, parks and the tower were all close by. It is located in a business district but close to a lot of restaurants. Room was a good size. As you enter, there is a small corridor with fully stocked kitchen and a fridge on one side and toilet and bathroom on the other. Opens up to a main area - square shaped with 2 king single beds wedged together on one side, a dining area which sits 5 on the other, and a bunk bed. King Single beds are comfortable, however the mattresses on the bunk have a plastic coating so it does make some noise it you move around in your sleep. Shower was strong and washing machine was very good. didnt need to worry about things not being dry as the dryer component was very good. Our flight was at 7pm so they were happy to hold our luggage until we needed at no cost. Also we were able to check out at 11am instead of 10am for free. Overall a great stay and we will stay again next time we are there!

Location was perfect. Super easy transfer to/from Haneda airport (30 mins including 5 min walk to metro). If you want to take the JR monorail it adds a few minutes of walking, but worth it if you've got the pass. For exploring, you can access two different metro lines in under 7 mins and a main JR hub in under 15 on foot. The staff was AWESOME. Great English and very accommodating; we arrived a couple hours before check-in and we were able to leave our bags and walk the 10 minutes to Tokyo Tower - came back after check-in time and they had moved our bags to the room for us! When we checked out, we were again able to leave our bags for several hours while we did some last-minute sight seeing before our flight that evening. Keyless entry - everything clean and modern - robes in the rooms were a nice touch, as was the washer/dryer combo (got to pack clean clothes at the end of the trip)! Instructions were detailed and helpful, coffee pods available at the front desk and two convenience stores less than a minute out the front door. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious for Tokyo hotel. Nothing fancy but it is very clean and has everything one can ask for . Location is great with a couple of steps from Lawson and Family Mart, 350m from Daimon station which we use everyday. There is a chinese restaurant cross the street that sells great breakfast , there is.direct train from.Haneda.to Daimon station. The facility has everything u can ask for : oven , toaster, microwave, washer, and drier . I love the washer and drier combination, i put all the dirty clothes in before going to bed and in the AM I have fresh/ dry.clothes :). All the staff are very friendly and helpful ! Will come back next time i am.in Tokyo , highly recommend this hotel !

What a lovely stay.....the proximity to public transportation was excellent, the staff were so accommodating, nearby restaurants offered all that you might want in variety and local experience, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Suggest having drinks at the terrace bar at Prince Hotel for a gorgeous night time view of Tokyo Tower. Bonus was washer/dryer, complimentary clothes washing liquid, and kitchen was very well equipped. Room configuration was amazing with dining table included, little banquet which our son loved reading in, and a bunk bed over a couch (which also could be a bed too). We were a family of 3 and the space + bed configuration was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great amenities in the room, including washer/dryer combo and kitchenette. Having a table for sit down meals is also quite nice. Location is a little bit far from Hamamatsucho station (for Monorail to Haneda and JR lines), but still walkable. It's also a good idea to have consumables like toothbrushes and laundry detergent at the front desk so we can only take what we need. There are some supermarket options within walking distance (Maruetsu Petit, MyBasket), to take advantage of the kitchen facilities. Room cleaning only happens every few days but that's not really a problem for me, but perhaps something to consider.
